April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC provides for the obligation of the controller to provide the data subject with information on the purpose of the processing of personal data for which the personal data are intended, even where the personal data are not collected directly from the data subject. It is necessary that this information is provided to the data subject at the latest when his or her personal data are obtained, or sufficiently in advance, in a clear and comprehensible manner and in such a way that he or she can actually acquaint himself or herself with the information and understand it.

Information on the rights of data subjects
In connection with the processing of personal data to ensure fair and transparent processing, the controller shall inform the data subjects that they have:
- the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning him or her and the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing
- the right to object to processing
- the right to data portability
- the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
- the right to be informed whether the provision of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement or a requirement necessary for entering into a contract, whether the data subject is obliged to provide personal data, as well as the possible consequences of not providing such data
- the right to obtain information on the source of his or her personal data, if they have not been obtained from the data subject, or on whether the data come from publicly available sources
- the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data relating to him or her are being processed and, if so, the right to obtain access to those personal data and that information:
(a) the purpose of the processing
(b) the categories of personal data concerned
(c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations
(d) where applicable, the envisaged period of retention of the personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining it
e) the existence of a right to obtain from the controller the rectification of personal data relating to the data subject or their erasure or restriction of processing, or the right to object to such processing
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
g) if the personal data were not obtained from the data subject, any available information as to their source

Collection and processing of personal data

We do not disclose, share, or share your personal data with any other entities, except as described below, where your personal data is held by some of our suppliers and processors who process it for us, on our instructions and in accordance with this document. In doing so, they follow all necessary security, technical and organisational measures to provide your personal data with the required protection.
The transfer of your personal data to state organisations is only on the basis of the law or final official or judicial decisions in accordance with the legislation of the Slovak Republic.
The controller declares that there is no transfer of personal data to third countries, and your data is stored on servers located in the EU. If by chance a transfer to third countries should occur, this is due to the technical operations of our processors, who are large multinational corporations (google, facebook...), and therefore the security of your data as well as the transfer of your data outside the EU are treated to the maximum extent possible in the processing contracts we have with them.
