The Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region assists municipalities through the BBSK Development Agency, n.o. in the preparation of projects and the drawing of EU funds. This is one of the ways in which the region directly HELPS in BALANCING REGIONAL DIFFERENCES on its territory.

Who are the assistance and services of the RA BBSK intended for?

Especially for municipalities with up to 5 000 inhabitants.

What services does RA BBSK offer?

1. Preparation of a project plan submitted to the Partnership Council within the framework of the IUS projects from the Operational Programme Slovakia from 400,- EUR

2. Preparation of the project application (hereinafter referred to as "application/FFP") for projects financed by public-private partnerships (LAG calls from the Rural Development Programme and IROP) from EUR 800,-

3. Preparation of the application for the provision of the mechanism funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic, preparation of the Application for non-refundable financial contribution from the Rural Development Programme (outside the LAG), preparation of the application for NFA from the Operational Programme Slovakia. from 1600,- EUR

The services included in the preparation of the application include:

• detailed consultation
• elaboration of the project plan into an application and project budget,
• checking and completing the mandatory annexes and related compulsory documents with the application and checking for formal correctness before submitting the application,
• communication with the relevant Managing Authority/Intermediate Body (Ministry/Implementing Authority),
• assisting in the completion of documents additionally requested by the Managing Authority, suggesting the incorporation of necessary changes in the submitted project

The final price for the processing of the application will be assessed on an individual basis, based on the specifications of the Call for Proposals and the anticipated complexity of the processing of the application and its annexes.

4. Implementation of the approved project from 300,-EUR

• management and monitoring of the approved project
  - payment requests (final, interim, reimbursement, pre-financing, advance payments)
  - monitoring reports (annual, extraordinary, follow-up, final)
  - change procedures (all types), etc.
• assistance in the event of problems arising in the implementation of existing projects - crisis management.

5. Framework Contract - Preparation of the application for the NFP and subsequent implementation of the project (includes all procedural acts within the preparation of the application and implementation) from EUR 400,- per month

6. Framework Contract - External Project Management - Project Implementation for reported hours (monthly inventory of work) (includes all procedural tasks within the implementation) from 25,- EUR/hour

The final price for project implementation will be assessed individually based on the expected complexity of the processing of the required annexes and the necessary tasks related to the project implementation.
