MISSION

The mission of the OAEP department is to be the backbone of the RABBSK, to provide support internally to employees, externally to the Banská Bystrica Municipality as the founder of the RABBSK, to RABBSK partners, to third parties and to build public awareness of the RABBSK.

ACTIVITIES

• optimisation and computerisation of administrative and economic processes in the RABBSK,
• Establishment of a cooperating RABBSK support team,
• promoting the satisfaction and motivation of RABBSK employees,
• information and training of RABBSK staff,
• Increase awareness of the activities and projects of the RABBSK, communicate with the public in a modern and active way, especially through social networks,
• brand awareness for the Good Region
