The Board of Directors has 5 members and is the supreme body of the non-profit organization.

Competence of the Board of Directors
- approve the organisation's budget by 31 March of the calendar year concerned at the latest,
- approves the annual accounts and the annual report on the activities and management of the organisation,
- decides on the use of profits and the settlement of losses, including the method of their settlement, by the end of the following accounting period at the latest,
- approves the organisation's organisational structure on a proposal from the organisation's director,
- submits proposals for changes to the facts entered in the register,
- elect and dismiss the members of the Board of Directors in accordance with Article VI(2) of the Statutes,
- elects and dismisses members of the Supervisory Board,
- elects and dismisses the director of the organisation and determines his/her salary or remuneration,
- approves legal transactions relating to immovable property,
- if, pursuant to Act No 213/1997, the annual accounts must be audited, approve the person of the auditor,
- decides on changes to the Statute by a two-thirds majority,
- decides on the limitation of the director's right to act on behalf of the organisation,
- decides on the allocation of funds under internal grant and subsidy schemes.
Director
The director of a non-profit organisation is the statutory body that acts on its behalf and manages its activities.

Executive Director
Competence of the Director
- ensure the implementation of the resolutions of the Board of Directors, if they contain tasks,
- shall ensure that the draft budget of the organisation for the year in question is drawn up and submitted to the Board of Directors for approval no later than 30 November of the preceding year,
- ensures the sources of financing of the organisation in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 213/1997,
- ensure that the annual accounts, audited in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No 213/1997, are deposited in the public part of the register of accounts by 15 April at the latest,
- ensure that an annual report on the activities and management of the organisation is drawn up by 30 June at the latest,
- ensure that the organisation's annual report is published at the organisation's registered office and on its website and deposited in the public part of the register of accounts by 15 July.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is the controlling body of the non-profit organisation, supervising the management and handling of funds.

Competence of the Supervisory Board
- to be acquainted with all documents and documents related to the activities of the organisation, which the organisation is obliged to submit no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the written request,
- to control bookkeeping,
- examine the annual accounts and the annual report and submit its opinion thereon to the Board of Directors,
- draw the Board's attention to any shortcomings identified,
- propose measures to remedy the deficiencies identified,
- to carry out other activities in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 213/1997.
